- Jan. 8, 9:30 a.m., our trip meeting at Coalfield School.
- Be sure you have a passport that is valid until 6 months after the last date of the tour. Bring a copy of your passport to the meeting.
- Check to see that your first, middle, and last name as you are registered with EF are spelled exactly as they are spelled on your passport. Those names must match!
- Remember that if you are not on EF's Autopay plan, you must pay your balance in full no later than 110 days prior to departure. That deadline is fast approaching (early February)!
- Special arrangements for travel, such as stay-behind flight arrangements, must be made no later than 110 days prior to departure. EF requests that you make those arrangements as soon as possible since the company is already beginning the process of booking flights and hotels.
- The deadline for purchasing insurance, if you have not already but desire to do so, is 75 days prior to departure. Coverage begins as soon as you purchase.

I'm thinking about London
I hope all of you are as eager to travel as I am. I am very excited about this journey since I've never been to Ireland. London is not new, but London is always fun. Ireland is new, so we'll be learning together.
I'm scheduling a Jan. 8 meeting at 9:30 a.m., Coalfield School. I'll provide doughnuts and coffee for all, and we'll talk about logistics, weather, money, rooming, etc.
I hope all of you can make it go the meeting, and in case you aren't counting, we're 166 days from departure!
